At Timeless Hair and Skin Medcenter, we strive to make our patients feel valuable and comfortable before, during and after their procedure. We will take care of everything, our patients will only be concerned about showing up the day their procedure is scheduled, THE REST IS ON US!
Whether you are a local or from out of town, we are here to guide you through every aspect of your experience. If out-of-town, just follow the below three-step process.
STEP 1: Initial Contact
Virtual Consultation: Ideal for the out-of-town patient who cannot make it into our medcenter. Learn more about the Virtual Consultation.
Once our doctor determines if you are a good candidate for treatment, you will be contacted by our Patient Coordinator. She will provide additional information as needed (i.e. fees and expenses), and will address any questions you might have about the process, treatment, etc.
STEP 2: Scheduling
Once you have determined that you wish to proceed, the scheduling process begins. The specific date and time for your procedure will be set, and our Patient Coordinator will provide all pre-treatment instructions and will email you all consents for review and signing. She will help you with all required accommodations (flight, driving instructions, hotel, etc).
STEP 3: Fly back home
Typically, fly-in or drive-in patients stay in Mexicali for approximately 3 days in total, arriving the day/night before their procedure, and leaving the day after their treatment.
You will return home delighted, energized and rejuvenated!
